Jimmy Moseley, age 82, of Paris, TN, died Tuesday, November 8, 2016, at Oak Manor Health Care Center in McKenzie, TN.

He was a member of Grace Baptist Church and a U.S. Army Veteran who served in Korea.  He then served in the TN National Guard with a total of 42 years of service to his country.   He was co-owner and operator of  Moseley's Tree Service with his sons Randy and Chris for several years.  He was also a lifelong member of  the VFW and had worked at Holley Carburetor Plant for 28 years.

Jimmy was born August 18, 1934 in McKenzie, TN, son of the late Ernest Leon Moseley and the late Lela Baxter Moseley.

He was married on November 18, 1957 to Faye Miles Moseley and she preceded in death on June 10, 2007.  He is survived by his two daughters, Cindy (Jerry) Stutzman of Paris, TN, and Tracye (Kenneth) Peach of Big Sandy, TN; one son, Chris (Angie) Moseley of Henry, TN;  grandchildren, Shaunna Crawford, Miranda Sandoval, Kameron Peach,  Dustin Moseley, Devin Moseley, Justin (Courtney) Stutzman,  Madison Thornton, Sarah Thornton, Hannah Thornton, Michael Deeter, Jeremy "Bubba" Thornton, Jr., and Brook (Elvis) Ray;  17 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides his wife and parents, Jimmy was also preceded in death by a son, Randy Moseley; sisters, Virginia Smith, Ruth Davis, Shirley Brast, and his twin sister,  Janice Monson; and a grandchild, Matthew Carter.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN, where the visitation will be from 4 – 7 pm Thursday, November 10, 2016 and from 11 am – 1 pm on  Friday, November 11, 2016.   The Funeral Service will be at LeDon Chapel of  Ridgeway Funeral Home at 1:00 pm Friday, November 11, 2016 with Jack Thacker officiating.  Family and friends will serve as pallbearers and the Member of TN National Guard 890 are named as honorary pallbearers.

Interment will follow in Memorial Cemetery in Paris, TN.
