Jimmie Lynn Harris

Jimmie Lynn Harris, age 61 of McKenzie, TN, died Saturday, July 20, 2019, at his residence.

He formerly worked as the manager of Motor Parts & Bearing in Jackson, TN.  Lynn was a talented musician and music was his life, with classic rock being his music of choice.  He enjoyed jam sessions and playing in bands.

Lynn was born October 31, 1957, in Gary, IN, to the late Jimmie Harris and the late Martha Horton Harris.

He was married August 4, 2001, to Jean Hatcher Harris, who survives, of McKenzie, TN.

Along with his wife, he is also survived by one daughter, Shenae (Jason) Percle of Picayune, MS; one son, Damion (Corrine) Harris of Mandeville, LA; one stepdaughter, Jennifer (Warren) Smolen of Terry Town, LA; one stepson, Joshua Lane of Paris, TN; two brothers, Rick Harris of Newbern, TN, and Barry Harris of Dyersburg, TN; and four grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by two infant twins, Ian and Logan Harris.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN.  The body is to be cremated with no services planned.
