Jessie Bertalea Holden, age 75, of Buchanan, Tenn., died Thursday, May 19, 2016, at her residence in Buchanan, Tenn.
She was a retired housekeeper for Vale View Nursing Home in Valparaiso, Indiana. She was Baptist in faith and she enjoyed collecting dolls.
Jessie was born April 10, 1941 in Chattanooga, TN to the late Thomas Galloway and the late Lillie Thomas Galloway.
She was married on September 15, 1959 to Lynn Gene Holden and he preceded in death on May 31, 2012. She is survived by her two Daughters, Janie (Bud) Manning of Buchanan, Tenn, Cynthia (Randy) Cartwright of Valparaiso, Ind; one Sister, Marie Galloway of Georgia; one Brother, James (Katherine) Galloway of Georgia; two Grandchildren, Cliff (Jill) Cartwright, and Todd (Crystal) Cartwright of Valparaiso, IN; one Great Grandchild, Ava Cartwright of Valparaiso, IN
Besides her Husband and Parents, she was also preceded in death by Several Brothers and Sisters.
Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, Tenn..
She is to be cremated, No Service is planned.
