The funeral service for retired Holley carburetor plant employee Jessie V. Davidson of Paris will be at 3 p.m. Friday at Ridgeway Funeral Home.
Mike Burney will officiate. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Named as pallbearers are Doug Paschall, Alan Wall, Tommy Davidson, J.C. Williams, Charles Garner and William Lee.
Visitation will be after 1 p.m. Friday.
Davidson, 93, died Monday, Aug. 26, 2013, at Morningside of Paris, which would have been the 25th wedding anniversary with her husband, James Davidson, who preceded her in death. They were married in 1988.
Born July 3, 1920, in Puryear, she was the daughter of the late Rarrie Hancie and Santilee Lewis Paschall.
She was a member of Temple Baptist Church and had been active in Sunday school there.
Locally she leaves Nieces, Sheila Wall, and Diane Odom; Nephews, Tommy Paschall, Bobby France and Frankie France and nephew: Harold Vickery of Laurens, S.C.; and several other nephews and nieces.
She also was preceded in death by four sisters: Katherine Waterfield, Jo Ann Evans, Fannie Wilson and Ann Scott; and four brothers: Glen E., Richard, Elmus and Jack Paschall.
Memorials may be made to Temple Baptist Church, 619 N. Wilson St., Paris.
