Jerry D. Stone, 67, of Paris died Sunday, June 9, 2013, at his residence. He was a former Milan restaurant owner and longtime cook.
His wife, Audrey Owens Stone, survives. They were married on Feb. 2, 2003.
His body was cremated.
No service or visitation is planned. Ridgeway Funeral Home handled arrangements.
Born March 15, 1946, in Parrish, Ala., he was a son of the late James and Lillian Lois Frost Stone.
Stone was a member of the church of Christ.
He also leaves two sons: Joseph Shane Stone and David Daniel Stone, both of Paris; a stepdaughter:
Melissa Deleon of Paris; two stepsons: Matthew and Andrew Ulrich, both of Hastings, Mich.; three sisters: Sue Payne of Illinois, Brenda Stone of Alabama and Laura Smith of Jasper, Ala.; Four grandchildren: Elizabeth Ann, Joshua Shane, Crystal Ann and April Denise Stone; three great-grandchildren; and two stepgrandchildren: Dante and Kaileena Deleon.
He also was preceded in death by a sister: Jessie Mae Smithey;
three brothers: Robert, Rayburn and Doyle Stone.
