Jerry Hudgins

Jerry Lee Hudgins, age 72 of Paris, TN, died Sunday, February 17, 2019, at his residence.

He worked as a heavy equipment operator for many years. Jerry was a member of Assembly of God in Paris, TN. He loved fishing, hunting, playing pool, and darts.

Born February 17, 1947, in Paris, TN, he was the son of the late Richard Hudgins and the late Elizabeth “Lizzie” Margaret Greer Walters.

He is survived by the love of his life Bobbie Hudgins of Paris, TN; four daughters, Michelle Robbins of Paris, TN, Felica (Ricky) Watson of Paris, TN, Elisa (Justin) Patterson of Paris, TN, and Krista (Lukus) Evans of Paris, TN; one son, Dustin Hudgins of Paris, TN; seven grandchildren, Josh Robbins, Dalton Watson, Alyssa Hudgins, Aniah Nelson, Kaycen Patterson, Hazel Evans, and Ava Rose Hazel; and five grandchildren, Zan Robbins, Noah Watson, Gracie Watson, Claire Price, and Walker Price.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Joyce Nell Ellis; and one brother Kenneth Hudgins.

Arrangements will be handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St., Paris, TN, 38242.  Visitation will be Tuesday, February 19, 2019, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at Ridgeway Funeral Home with the funeral service to be at 1:00 pm in LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home with Lyndel Fisher officiating.

Serving as pallbearers will be Ricky Watson, Dalton Watson, Chuck Lindsey, Steven Oakley, Josh Robbins, Chris Hudgins, Steve Key, and Robert Lowe.

Honorary pallbearers will be Billy Ellis, Randy Ellis, and Chris Powell.

Burial will be in Walker Cemetery in Paris, TN.
