Jan Brewer

Jan Brewer, age 68 of Paris, died Saturday, November 7, 2020, at her residence.

She retired from Mohon International where she worked in the assembly department. She was a member of Bethany Baptist Church. Jan enjoyed cooking, shopping, going to flea markets, and flowers.

Jan was born February 6, 1952, in Detroit, MI, to the late John Dolphus “Doc” Tyler and to the late Mabel Lee Parker Tyler.

She was married May 20, 1994, to Dale Brewer, who survives of Paris.

Along with her husband, she is survived by her four children, Michael Ray (Dana) Burnette, Mark Allen (Christy) Burnette, both of Henry, Tracie Brewer of Paris, and Jeff (Kelly) Brewer of Blue Mountain, MS; a sister, Penny Gail (Toby) Coosenberry of Springville; a brother, Ronald Dale Tyler of Paris; five grandchildren, three great grandchildren: and her dog, Sammy, whom she loved dearly.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by one brother, Larry Ray Tyler.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street, P.O. Box 788, Paris, TN 38242.  A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 28, 2020, at 2 pm at Bethany Baptist Church with Johnny Farmer officiating.
