Jacquelyn "Jackie" Glass

Jacquelyn “Jackie” Glass, age 78 of Springville, TN, died Sunday, March 27, 2022, at West Tennessee Healthcare – Volunteer Hospital in Martin, TN.

She worked for many years for Unilever Brothers Company.  She enjoyed crocheting, yardwork, and gardening.

Jackie was born May 24, 1943, in KY to the late Jack Crabtree and the late Janie Bailey.

She was married to her first husband, Loy William Glass, II, who preceded her in death.  She later married William Burgesen, who also preceded her in death.

She is survived by one brother, Jim (Susanna) Finley of Martin, TN.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by one son, Loy William Glass, III; and two brothers, Major Higgins, and Bobby E. Crabtree.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street/PO Box 788, Paris, TN 38242.  The body is to be cremated with no services planned at this time.

Burial of cremains will take place at a later date in Memorial Cemetery in Paris, TN.
