Ida Mae Price

Ida Mae Price, age 78 of Springville, TN, died Friday, August 4, 2017, at Huntingdon Health & Rehab Center in Huntingdon, TN.
She retired from General Electric in Morrison, IL after 28 years of employment. She enjoyed fishing, NASCAR racing, and sitting on her front porch watching traffic. She loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Ida was born May 13, 1939, in Sheridan, IN, to the late James Elmer Johnson and the late Hazel Deckert Warburton.
She was married June 2, 1957, to Ronald Paul Price, Sr., who survives, of Springville, TN.
Along with her husband, she is also survived by one daughter, Penny Kennedy of Springville, TN; three sons, Michael (Brenda) Price of Hillsdale, IL, Ronald Price, Jr. of Springville, TN, and James Price of Hillsdale, IL; eight grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by one sister, Leona Ford; and two brothers, Verlin Johnson and Rex Johnson.
Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St., Paris, TN 38242. Visitation will be Monday, August 7, 2017, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. at LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home, with Chad Kennedy officiating.
Following the service, the body is to be cremated, with burial of cremains in Oak Hill Cemetery in Lebanon, IN, at a later date.
