The funeral service for retired Tecumseh Products employee Hilda Dunlap of Paris was at 2 p.m. Sunday at Ridgeway Funeral Home. Charles T. Cate officiated. Burial followed in Memorial Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Darren Roberson, Henry Rendleman and Steve and Keith Brown.
Dunlap, 87, died Friday, March 8, 2013, at Henry County Healthcare Center.
Born April 17, 1925, in Buchanan, she was a daughter of the late John Martin Flood and Mary Beatrice Todd Flood. She was married on Dec. 25, 1973, to Fred Ray Dunlap, who died June 19, 2005. Dunlap was a member of New Bethel Church of Christ. She also was a former employee of the Clippard Plant.
She leaves one daughter: Sandra (Donald) Brown of Paris; six grandchildren: John (Terry) Beckwith, Christy (Darren) Roberson, Steve (Dawn) Brown, Nikki (Richard) Hughes, Missy (Bryan) Coleman and T.J. Reed; 10 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
She also was preceded in death by a son: Tony Reed; one sister: Gladys Clark; and five brothers: Finis, Brown, Eunice, Rudy and Garvin Flood.
