Herman Amberg Preus, IV, age 77, of Paris, Tenn., died Friday, October 4, 2013, at His Residence.
He was Married October 10, 1992 to Katharine Shippard Krueger and she survives.
He was a graduate of the University of Minnesota, and from Bethel Seminary in Mankato, Minnesota and was a Master Mold Maker and Tool Designer. He had his name on three patents for fishing tackle and was an avid fisherman and was a member of the Bassmasters. He formerly worked for Paris Tool and Die and for Pioneer Mold in Mayfield, KY.
He was the son of the late Herman Preus and the late Ida Greybrok Preus.
He is also survived by Two Step Sons-Dever (Tracey) Krueger of Atoka, Tenn., Nicholas (Nancy) Krueger of Justin, Texas; Two Sisters, Maren (James) Ring of Albert Lea, Minn., Elizabeth (Norman) Wermer of Coon Rapids, Minn.; grandchildren, Kimberly, Rachel, Hannah, and Gabriel Krueger.
Visitation will be after 10:00 AM Tuesday, October 8, 2013 until the funeral service at LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Tuesday, October 8, 2013.
Father Kris Rusin of Holy Cross Catholic Church will officiate.
Interment will be at Bethlehem Cemetery in Henry, Tenn.
