Henry Terry Hastings

Henry Terry Hastings, age 88, of Paris, TN, died Thursday, June 8, 2017, at Henry County Medical Center in Paris, TN.
Terry retired in 1987 after 34 years of service at Holley Carburetor Plant in Paris, TN. He was also a farmer, and served in the Tennessee National Guard. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, and loved music and especially dancing. He was Methodist in faith.
He was born October 3, 1928, in Mansfield, TN, to the late Fred Henry Hastings and the late Ila Yarbrough Hastings.
He was married July 1, 1949, to Ruth B. Lankford Hastings, who preceded him in death on February 11, 2001.
Terry is survived by one daughter, Shelba Jean Hastings of Paris, TN, and her special friend, Jack Winters of Buncombe, IL.
Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN, where visitation will be Friday, June 9, 2017, from 1:00 pm – 1:45 pm. A graveside service will be held Friday, June 9, 2017, at 2:00 pm at Hillcrest Memorial Park, with burial to follow. Chad Kennedy will officiate.
