Helen Rhynes

Helen Louise Rhynes, age 82, of Puryear, Tenn., died Monday, January 6, 2014, at Henry County Medical Center in Paris, Tenn.

She was married to Delbert Rhynes who preceded in death Feb. 2, 1996.

Helen was a member of Puryear Baptist Church and retired in 2007 as a cook for Alter Barge Lines for many years.

She was a daughter of the late Floyd Decker and the late Irene McDaniel Decker.

She is survived by her One Daughter,  Bobbie  Brady of Puryear, Tenn.;  One Brother, Leon Decker of Woodward, Okla.; One Grandchild, Leslie Harrison of Gunter, TX;
Two Great Grandchildren, Morgan Harrison & Chase Harrison; Special Friends-Autry, Betty & Mark Robinson of Puryear, TN

Helen was also preceded in death by 7 Brothers & Sisters.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St.,  Paris, Tenn.

The body will be cremated with the Memorial Service at Puryear Baptist Church at 11:00 AM Saturday, January 11, 2014.

Mike Rhodes will officiate.
