Freddy Wade, age 75 of Paris, died Saturday, October 21, 2017, at Murray Calloway County Hospital.

Freddy was a member of Foundry Hill Community of Christ. He is a retired US Navy Veteran. He worked at General Tire and Rubber for 36 years. He was an active mason at Lodge 109 of Cottage Grove, and Volunteer Firefighter at Whitlock and Cottage Grove. He was a board member of Helping Hands, and was active in Woodman of the World.

Freddy was born February 27, 1942, in Cottage Grove, TN, to the late Milton Henry Wade and the late Ercell Martin Wade.

He was married to Kaye Donna Ross Wade, who preceded him in death on June 1, 2014.

He is survived by one cousin and caregiver, Sherry Freeman and Family of Paris, TN; two sister-in-law’s, Jan Hale of Puryear, TN, and Dorothy Ward of Paris, TN; two brother-in-law’s, Clarence Barham, Jr. of Huntingdon, TN, and Mike Hearnsberger of Murfreesboro, TN; eight nieces and nephews; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Along with his parents and wife, he was also preceded in death by two sisters, Rosemary Hearnsberger, and Ruth Barham; two brothers, Joe Arliss Wade, and Buddy Gerald Wade.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN where visitation will be Monday, October 23, 2017, from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm with a Masonic Service at 7:00 pm.  Visitation will continue on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm.   The funeral service will be Tuesday, October 24, 2017,  at 1:00 pm at LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home with Tom Andrews, and Dale Gallimore officiating.

Serving as pallbearers are Doug Hearnsberger, Dennis Hearnsberger, Mike Hearnsberger, Danny Barham, Clint Butler, Dillion Poole, and Davis Pearce.

Honorary pallbearers will be Members of Cottage Grove Volunteer Fire Department.

Burial will follow in Foundry Hill Community of Christ Cemetery in Paris, TN.
