Former Henry Countian, Francis “Bud” Yeadicke, age 92, of McKenzie, TN, died Tuesday, April 4, 2017, at Paris Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center in Paris, TN.
Bud retired from Caterpillar Tractor Company in Morton, IL, after 30 years of service. A veteran of the United States Navy, he was a lifetime member of the Lincoln, IL VFW Post, and a member of the American Legion Post 89 at Paris Landing. He attended Bethany Baptist Church.
Bud was born March 30, 1925, in Plankinton, SD, to the late John Walter Yeadicke and the late Iva Mae Tucker Yeadicke.
He was married November 8, 1947, to Leona Alberta Long Yeadicke, who preceded him in death on November 25, 2008.
He is survived by two daughters, Shirley (Terry) Smith of Scottsdale, AZ, and Myrtle (Marty) Pintar of Secor, IL; two sisters, Ora “Betty” Lynch of Peoria, IL, and Mildred Lamprecht of Peoria, IL; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was also preceded in death by one daughter, Susan Brasfield; one sister, M. “Lauraine” Love; one brother, John Clifford Yeadicke; and one grandchild, Bradley Wolstenholm.
Arrangements are be handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN. The body is to be cremated. A memorial service will be held Monday April 10, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Bethany Baptist Church with Bro. Johnny Farmer officiating
Burial will be in Bevil Cemetery.
