Faye Jean “Jeannie” Nichols, age 70 of Paris, TN, died Sunday, November 7, 2021, at Henry County Healthcare Center in Paris.
She was a homemaker and a member of Fairview Baptist Church in Paris. She received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Texas at Arlington. Jeannie enjoyed crocheting, traveling, the ocean, and lighthouses. She loved reading her Bible, music, and was a savvy shopper.
Jeannie was born July 11, 1951, in East Wareham, MA, to the late Charles E. Savary and the late Billie E. Curtis Curlee.
She was married May 25, 1985, to Glen W. Nichols, who survives, of Paris.
Along with her husband, she is also survived by her five children, Glen B. Nichols of Memphis, TN, Kristy L. (Phillip) Waltz of North Dakota, Karalyn (Jason) Jacobs of Brownsburg, IN, Thomas A. (Anna) Nichols of Alvarado, TX, and Beverly (Ken) Wells of Paris; one sister, Rebecca Savary-Spence of North Richland Hills, TX; one brother, Kent (Elizabeth) Savary of Arlington, TX; 11 grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street, Paris, TN, 38242. Visitation will be Thursday, November 11, 2021, from 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm at Ridgeway Funeral Home, with the funeral service beginning at 5:30 pm at Ridgeway Funeral Home, with Ken Wells officiating.
Cremation will follow the funeral service.
