Evelyn Anderson

Evelyn Carol Anderson, age 65 of Henry, TN, died Friday, March 15, 2019, at her residence in Henry, TN.

She retired after many years of working the assembly line at Holley Carburetor Plant in Paris.  Evelyn enjoyed fishing and gardening and she loved her grandchild.  She was a member of New Life Baptist Church in Henry, TN.

Evelyn was born May 23, 1953, to the late John Henry Lee and the late Ruth Evelyn Mathis Lee.

She was married May 1, 2000, to Tommy Anderson, who survives, of Henry, TN.

Along with her husband, she is also survived by one son, Tommy (Brandy) Valentine of Henry, TN; one sister, Dorothy Bazzell of Henry, TN; one grandson, John William Valentine; and best friend, Carolyn Scott.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by one sister, Doris Lee; and three brothers, John Lee, James Lee, and Charles Lee.

Arrangements will be handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St., Paris, TN, 38242.  Visitation will be Tuesday, March 19, 2019, from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at Ridgeway Funeral Home, with the funeral service beginning at 1:00 pm at LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home, with John Lee officiating.

Pallbearers will be Tommy Moody, Tracey Lee, Billy Moody, Tim Ballard, and Tony Milam.

Burial will be in Bethesda Cemetery in Paris, TN.
