Eva Charlene Ozment

Eva Charlene Ozment, age 85 of Springville, TN, died Thursday, October 3, 2019 at her residence.

She was a member of Vandyke Church of Christ.  She lived in Dyersburg, TN for several years where she worked as the secretary for the Dyersburg EMS.  She enjoyed fishing, spending time with her family, and watching COPS.

Charlene was born September 11, 1934 to the late Vernie Elvest Burch and the late Verna Odell Hopper Burch.

She was married on December 2, 1952 to Larry Darrell Ozment and he survives of Springville, TN.

Along with her husband, Charlene is also survived by one daughter, Cynthia “Cindy” (Rudy) Davis of Springville, TN; one sister, Glenda Evans of Nashville, TN; two grandchildren, Jessica Lewandowski of Paris, TN, and Keith Ozment Littles of Springville, TN; one great grandchild, Presley Lewandowski; and a special niece and caregiver, Dana Bledsoe of Springville, TN.

Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by three sisters, Peggy Bledsoe, Wanda Goodlett, and Betty Caren Burch.

Arrangements are entrusted to Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN.  Her body is to be cremated.  Memorial visitation will be at Vandyke Church of Christ, 4935 Highway 77, Paris, TN  38242 on Saturday, October 12, 2019 from 11 am – 1 pm with a memorial service at 1:00 pm at Vandyke Church of Christ with Randy Stephens officiating.
