Eva Pierce

Eva Gray Boyd Pierce, age 92, of Streetsboro, Ohio, formerly of Paris, TN, died Thursday, April 7, 2016, at Bedford Hospital in Bedford, Ohio.
Born January 16, 1924, in Paris, TN, she was the daughter of the late Willie C. Boyd and the late Etna Jones Boyd.
She married March 11, 1951 to William Franklin Pierce who died April 21, 1988.
A Baptist in faith, she formerly worked for Chicago Lock Company in Chicago, IL. Ms. Eva enjoyed gardening and growing things.
She is survived by two Daughters, Eva Gale (Robert) Greene of Twinsburg, Ohio, and Glenda Cobourn of Streetsboro, Ohio; four Sons, Steve (Linda) Pierce of Ravemna, Ohio, Dale Pierce of Virginia, Gary (Diane) Pierce of Chicago, Ill., and Duran (Betty) Pierce of Chicago, Ill; one sister, Betty Carter of Paris, Tenn., one brother, Jimmy Boyd of Buchanan, Tenn; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Besides her husband and parents, Eva was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St., Paris, Tenn., where the visitation will be from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM Tuesday, April 12, 2016. The Funeral Service will be at LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Tuesday, April 12, 2016 with Chad Kennedy officiating.
Interment will be at Bevil Cemetery in Paris, Tenn.
