Elaine Duncan Lizon
March 11, 1944 — December 17, 2017
Elaine Duncan Lizon, age 73 of Mansfield, passed away Sunday, December 17, 2017 at her daughter’s residence in Paris, TN.
Elaine spent much of her life as a homemaker. She was a member of Open Doors Community Church in Paris. She enjoyed sewing and reading books and loved her grandchildren very much.
She was born March 11, 1944 in Chicago, IL to the late William Robert Duncan and the late Violet Olga Lathrop Duncan.
Elaine was married to Ronald T. Lizon on September 3, 1971 and he preceded in death on January 6, 1987.
She is survived by six daughters, Megan (Donald) Hoppers of Paris, TN, Melanie Lizon Piggott of Peninsula, OH, Kristina (Ben) Mershon of Ashton, IL, Sharie McKeithan of Gleason, TN, Laurie (Don) Myers of Mokena, IL, and Kerry (Daniel) Lizon Wilkosz of Ann Arbor, MI; one son, Scott Stephenson of Princeton, IL; many grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
Besides her parents and husband, Elaine was also preceded in death by one daughter, Peggy Lizon; and one son, Ronald Lizon.
Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN. There will be a graveside service at 1:00 pm Friday, December 22, 2017 at Twin Grove Cemetery in Steward, IL. Family will serve as pallbearers.
