Earl Floyd

Earl Floyd, age 86 of Chattanooga, TN, formerly of Paris, died Sunday, February 18, 2018 at Lifecare of Redbank in Chattanooga, TN.

Earl was a longtime member of Temple Baptist Church in Paris.  He retired after many years as a quality control inspector with Midland Brake and was an avid woodworker.

He was born April 19, 1931 in Paris, TN to the late Alfred Luther Floyd and the late Annie Marie Wimberly Floyd.

Earl was married to Montell Underwood Floyd and she preceded in death.  He is survived by two daughters, Latricia (Jeff) Lloyd of Chattanooga, TN, and Barbara (Danny) Larimore of Streamwood, IL; one son, Robert (Janice) Floyd of White, GA; six grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN.  There will be a Graveside Service with Military Honors on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at 4:00 pm at Hillcrest Memorial Park with burial to follow.   Bro. Gerald Scott of Temple Baptist Church will officiate.
