Dorothy Ann Brewster, age 72, of Paris, Tenn., died Saturday, October 31, 2015, at Vanderbilt Univ. Med. Center in Nashville, Tenn.

Ann was a Graduate of Grove High School Class of 1961 and was a member of First United Methodist Church.    She worked at Holley Carburetor Plant for several years and then retired from Joe Mahan Ford Co. as the office manager where she worked for over 20 years.    She was a Member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority and formerly served on the Board of Lee Academy for the Arts.   Ann enjoyed traveling extensively and was also an avid scuba diver.

She was born August 8, 1943 in Shreveport, LA to the late Walter A. Brewster and the late Dorothy Daniel   Brewster.

She was married November 11, 1995 to James S. "Jim" Burrall and he survives.   She is also survived by her  Two Sons,  Patrick (Fiona) Peppel of Virginia Beach, Va,  James Peppel of Paris, Tenn;  Grandchild, Austin Peppel;  One Nephew, Alan (Kay) Brewster of Springfield, TN;  Sister-in-law, Jean Brewster of Buchanan, TN and her daughters, Valerie Guthrie and Lisa Cole and grandsons, Josh Davis and Bill Tinsley;  and  2 Step Children and Several Step Grandchildren.

Besides her Parents, she was also preceded in death by her Brother, Walter A. Brewster;  Step Father, James VanDyke;  and Step Sister, Dianne VanDyke.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St., Paris, Tenn., where the visitation will be from 11 am – 1 pm Thursday, November  5, 2015.    The Funeral Service will be at LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home at 1:00 pm Thursday, November  5, 2015.

Dr. Robert D. Martin will officiate and he will be assisted by Lelan McReynolds.    Pallbearers will be Josh Davis, Dan Bundy, Brown Hawley, Jack Veazey, Joe Wells and Jay Burrall.    Honorary Pallbearers will be The Slumber Party Girls from the Grove Class of 1961.

Interment will follow in Maplewood Cemetery in Paris, Tenn.
