Dianna Lynn Wilson

Dianna Lynn Thurmond Wilson, age 65 of Springville, died Thursday, December 5, 2024, at her residence.

Dianna enjoyed camping and cooking and was known by many as the “Pie Lady”. She loved spending time with her family, especially being Mawmaw to her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was Baptist in faith.

She was born October 19, 1959, in Tiptonville, TN, to Larry Thurmond and Ann Wilson Thurmond, who both survive of Paris.

In addition to her parents, survivors also include her two sons, Mills (Emily) Knott of Buchanan, and Tommy Allen Wilson of Paris; two sisters, Melinda Bishop of Murray, KY, and Christi Hartsfield of Paris; a brother, Mickey (Rhonda) Thurmond of Buchanan; four grandchildren, Hayden Knott, Natalie Knott, Hannah Davis, and Ethan Smith; and four great grandchildren, NyElle Davis, Fallon Davis, Easton Smith, and Aribella Smith.

In addition to her partner of 30 years, Mikie Knott, she was also preceded in death by a daughter, Crystal Dunlap, and a son, Josh Wilson. 

Ridgeway Funeral Home 201 Dunlap St./ P.O. Box 788, Paris, TN 38242, will be handling the services. A celebration of Dianna’s life will be held Sunday, January 5, 2025, at 2:00 pm at the Paris Moose Lodge 3003 Dinkins Lane, Paris, TN 38242.
