Dennis "Bubba" Carter

Dennis “Bubba” Carter, age 41 of Puryear, TN, died Friday, May 11, 2018, at Saint Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, TN.

He worked in construction as a roofer for several years.  He enjoyed cars and hanging out with his family and friends, especially his daughter.

Dennis was born February 7, 1977, in Berwyn, IL, to Barbara Cole Carter, who survives, of Puryear, TN, and Dennis Ray Carter who survives, of Puryear, TN.

Along with his mother and father, he is also survived by one daughter, Alyssa Ann Carter of Henry, TN; five brothers, Mark Beimal (Marcy Vaira) of Romeoville, IL, Danny Carter of Paris, TN, Royce Carter of New York, Ryan (Kirsten) Carter of Puryear, TN, and Lannie Carter of Illinois; several other stepsisters, stepbrothers and extended family; and the mother of his daughter, Stacey Guerrero of Henry, TN.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN, where visitation will be Monday, May 14, 2018, from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm.

The body is to be cremated following the visitation.
