Darrell "Kritter" Wayne Thompson

Darrell Wayne “Kritter” Thompson age 59 of Paris, died Saturday, November 25, 2023, at his residence.

Darrell retired after working for Replogle Enterprises, and the R.N. Ferguson Company, where he painted structural parts of bridges. He enjoyed watching westerns, fishing, listening to music, building model ships, and spending time with his family, especially his grandbabies. Darrell was a Christian by faith.

Born June 9, 1964, in Paris, Darrell was the son of the late Darrell Pat Thompson, and the late Grace Ann Priddy Pack.

Survivors include his two children, Megan (Dustin) Nance and Colton Wayne Thompson, both of Paris; a sister, Lisa (Michael) Choate of Henry; two brothers, Jeff (Robin) Thompson of McKenzie, and Daniel (Melissa) Pack of Paris; five grandchildren, Rylee, Kylee, Atlanta, Delila, and Murphy; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Darrell was also preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Ann Thompson; his stepfather, Steve Pack; and his fiancée, Susan Buckner.

Ridgeway Funeral Home 201 Dunlap St., Paris, TN 38242, will be handling the arrangements. The body is to be cremated, with a celebration of life to be held at a later date.
