Darlene Hardison

Darlene Hardison, age 60 of Puryear, TN, died Tuesday, November 13, 2018, at Saint Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, TN.

She worked for Towne Square Care in Puryear, TN.  Darlene loved caring for the elderly, sick, and those who were homebound.  She enjoyed reading, sewing, and 4-wheeler riding with her special friend, Whiskers.  She was Baptist in belief.

Darlene was born May 8, 1958, in Paris, TN, to the late Freeman Verdell Wyatt and the late Annie Berlene Johnson Wyatt.

She is survived by her special friend, Darvin “Whiskers” Paschall of Puryear, TN; one daughter, Heather (Kalen) Story of Benton, KY; one son, Nathan L. (Jami) Adams of Hazel, KY; one sister, Brenda (David) Barrow of Murray, KY; three brothers, Charles (Kathy) Wyatt of Paducah, KY, Billy Wyatt of Hazel, KY, and Randy Wyatt of Hazel, KY; and three grandchildren, Tammy Marie Adams, Hunter James Adams, and Haylee Lyn Wallace.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by one sister, Sharon Parker; and two brothers, Gerald Dale Wyatt and Tony Dale Wyatt.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN, where visitation will be Saturday, November 17, 2018, from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm, with the funeral service beginning at 1:00 am at LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home, with Greg Hill officiating.

Family & friends will serve as pallbearers.

Burial will be in Story Chapel Cemetery in Hazel, KY.
