Charlotte Elaine Loines

Charlotte Elaine Loines, age 44 of Paris, TN, died Saturday, August 29, 2020, at her residence.

She was a former educator for the Henry County School System, teaching at Harrelson School in Puryear, TN.  She also worked as the secretary for RE/MAX Cornerstone Real Estate in Paris.  Charlotte graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin with a master’s degree in education.  She loved spending time with her grandchildren and attending all family events, especially holiday and family gatherings.  She enjoyed reading and was a huge advocate for Colon cancer awareness.  Charlotte was a member of East Wood Church of Christ in Paris.

Charlotte was born August 13, 1976, in Memphis, TN, to James Lantrip, who survives, of Memphis, TN, and Brenda Parker Lantrip, who survives, of Buchanan, TN.

She was married September 25, 2004, to Jeffery Loines, who survives, of Paris, TN.

Along with her parents and husband, she is also survived by four children, Caitlin Davis of Martin, TN, Brianna Davis of Chattanooga, TN, Clark Davis of Chattanooga, TN, and Mason Loines of Paris, TN; one sister, April (Luke) Scarbrough of Buchanan, TN; three grandchildren, Jeryn Hedges, Kaelan Fabian, and Auden Hedges; one niece, Eleanor Scarbrough; and two nephews, Nathan Lair and Riley Scarbrough.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street/PO Box 788, Paris, TN 38242.  Charlotte’s body was donated to Genesis in Memphis, TN, for medical research.  Memorial Visitation will be Thursday, September 3, 2020, from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm at East Wood Church of Christ, 800 East Wood Street, Paris, TN 38242.
