Carolyn Jane Donnelly

Carolyn Jane Donnelly, age 88 of Buchanan, TN, died Sunday January 8, 2017 at her residence.

Jane formerly attended East Wood Church of Christ and currently attended VanDyke Church of Christ.  She formerly worked at Salant and Salant Shirt factory.  She retired from Commercial Bank in Paris after more than 20 years of service.

Jane was born April 14, 1928 in McKenzie, TN to the late Atlas Lindsey and the late Lotterine Carter Lindsey.  She married Al Donnelly and he preceded in death on September 1, 1977.

She is survived by one daughter, Linda (Wayne) Ham of Whites Creek , TN; one son, Gary T. (Teresa) Donnelly of Clarksville, TN; four sisters, Betty Conger of Henry, TN, Myra Hurst of Manchester, TN, Jan Clapper of Springfield, TN, and Judy Gammon of Old Hickory, TN;  three brothers, Joe Lindsey of Bell Buckle, TN, David Lindsey of Mansfield, TN and Roy Lindsey of Gallatin, TN; four grandchildren, Eddie (Crystal) Donnelly, Charlie Donnelly, Eric Donnelly and Chris Donnelly; and five great grandchildren, Victoria (Hunter) Lee, Joshua Donnelly, Harley Donnelly, Andrew Donnelly, and Jayden Donnelly; and 2 great great grandchildren.

Besides her husband and parents, Jane was also preceded in death by two sisters, Margaret Harris, and Jeanette Williams; and two brothers, Atlas Lindsey Jr., and Jim Lindsey.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN 38242.  Visitation will be at Ridgeway Funeral Home Tuesday, January 10, 2017, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., and on Wednesday January 11, 2017, from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at VanDyke Church of Christ.  The funeral service will be Wednesday January 11, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. at VanDyke Church of Christ with Roger Banks officiating.   Pallbearers will be family members.

Burial will follow in VanDyke Church of Christ Cemetery.
