Carol Anne Beverly, age 65, died Saturday July 30, 2016 at the St. Thomas Rutherford County Hospital.
Born February 2, 1951, in Memphis, TN, she was the daughter of the late Rupert Eugene Lockman and the late Eunice Elizabeth Castleberry Lockman. She married Jim Beverly October 13, 2001, and he preceded in death.
Before her health declined, Carol was an LPN in Corinth, MS. She was a Christian and loved The Wizard of Oz memorabilia.
She is survived by her daughters: Amanda Jo (Willie) Hight of Shelbyville, TN and Michele Leana (Darren) Duke of Decaturville, TN; her sisters: Sandra (Mike) Jones of Lexington, TN and Judy (Rickey) Farris of Paris; her brother Michael Eugene Lockman of Paris. Additional survivors include her grandchildren : Ami Marisa Duke of Decaturville, TN and Jacob Dalton Duke of Paris and a great grandson: James Fletcher of Springhill, TN.
Visitation will be Tuesday August 2, 2016 at Ridgeway Funeral Home from 4:30 to 6:00 pm and continue on Wednesday August 3, 2016 after 10 am until the service. The funeral service will be held in LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home on Wednesday August 3, 2016 at 11:30 am.
Pallbearers will be Brian Michael Jones, Dustin Randall Jones, Seth Michael Farris, Darren Duke, Willie Hight, and Jacob Duke
Burial will follow at Memorial Cemetery.
