Carleen Hickman

Carleen Smith Hickman, age 73, of Paris, Tenn., died Thursday, April  3, 2014, at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, Tenn.

Carleen was a Christian in faith and formerly attended the Apostlic Chapel.   She enjoyed cooking & loved her grandchildren.

She was born March 24, 1941 in Paris, TN to the late Carmen Smith and the late Ivaleen Sanders Smith.

She is survived by her Daughter,  Patricia (John) Wolfe of Mooresville, Ind;  Two Sons,  Terry (Tina) Day of Bruceton, Tenn,  Tommy Hickman of Paris, Tenn;  Five Sisters,  Sandra (Gary) Hastings of Mansfield, Tenn,  Betty (Mike) Atchison of Paris, Tenn,  Wanda Small of Indianapolis, Ind,  Theresa Woodside of Buchanan, Tenn,  Marty (Duane) Kilgore of Buchanan, Tenn;  One Brother, Tony (Penny) Smith of Paris, Tenn;  Grandchildren, Sherrus (Matt) Cooper, Lindsey (Dave) Wilson, Shanda Bomar, Ashley (Tom) Dean, Samantha (James) Taylor and Melodi Hickman;  and 10 Great Grandchildren.

Besides her parentst, Carleen was also preceded in death by a Daughter, Sherry Bomar; Son, Mike Hickman; and Brother, Alton Smith.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, Tenn., where visitation will be from 10 am to 12 pm Saturday, April  5, 2014.   The funeral service will be at LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home at 12:00 PM Saturday, April  5, 2014.

Dwight Turner will officiate.

Nephews will serve as Pallbearers and Jacob Pinson will be an honorary pallbearer.

Interment will follow in Henry Co. Tabernacle Cemetery in Springville, Tenn.
