Brandon Tyler Speer, age 23 of Big Rock, TN, died Monday, September 10, 2018, at his residence in Big Rock, TN.

Brandon loved kids and enjoyed playing with his children, nieces, and nephews.  He also enjoyed riding four-wheelers and making people laugh.

Brandon was born March 6, 1995, in Auburn, IN, to his mother, Sandra Gregory, who survives, of Big Rock, TN, and his father, Timothy D. “Tim” Speer, who survives, of Big Rock, TN.

Along with his mother and father, he is also survived by his stepfather, Phillip Gregory of Big Rock, TN; two children, Braecyn Speer of Big Rock, TN, and Kendyll Lewis of Big, Rock, TN; the mother of his children, Kayla Lewis of Big Rock, TN; one sister, MacKenzie Jones of Big Rock, TN; three brothers, Dustin (Lyndsee) Speer of Big Rock, TN, Caleb Washington of Garrett, IN, and Eric Washington of Garrett, IN; one step-sister, Whitney (Jason) Sturgill of Jeffersonville, KY; two step-brothers, Blake Jones of Paris, TN, and Nicholas Jones of Paris, TN; grandmother, Margaret Jones (Dean Pulley) of Dover, TN; grandfather, Joseph Burton, Sr., of OH; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by grandparents, Bobby Jones, and Elenora & Leland Speer; and one aunt, Pearlie Litten.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN, where visitation will be Saturday, September 15, 2018, from 9:00 am – 11:00 am, with the funeral service beginning at 11:00 am at LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home, with Chad Kennedy and Dustin Speer officiating.

Serving as pallbearers will be Blake Jones, Nicholas Jones, Dustin Speer, Lyndsee Speer, Phillip Gregory, Tyler Lewis, John Sloan, Roy Phillips, Caleb Washington, and Eric Washington.

Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery in Springville, TN
