Bobby Glynn Webb

Bobby Glynn Webb, age 89 of Springville, TN, died Sunday, December 19, 2021, at his residence.

He retired as the owner & operator of Union Oil Station in North Palm Beach, FL.  Bobby was a U.S. Army veteran, serving in the Korean War Conflict, and a member of Faxon Baptist Church in Big Sandy, TN.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and golfing.

Bobby was born June 2, 1932, in Newbern, TN, to the late Lee Ray Webb and the late Katy Corine Williams Webb.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy J. Webb, in 2002.

He was married October 9, 2004, to Joy Ann Ward Webb, who survives, of Springville, TN.

Along with his wife, he is also survived by one daughter, Toni Simmons of Scottsdale, AZ; one son, Jim (Kathy) Webb of San Luis Obispo, CA; one stepdaughter, Shelia (Randy) Miller of Springville, TN; one stepson, Brinnen (Dawn) Murray of McKenzie, TN; one brother, Luther (Sue) Webb of Springville, TN; six grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and four step-great grandchildren.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street/PO Box 788, Paris, TN 38242.  Visitation will be Saturday, January 15, 2022, from 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm at Ridgeway Funeral Home, with the funeral service to begin at 2:30 pm at Ridgeway Funeral Home, with Randy Miller officiating.

Family will serve as pallbearers.

Burial with military honors will be in Poplar Grove Cemetery in Springville, TN.
