Blyrna Scarborough

Blyrna Bly Scarborough, age 82, of Paris, Tenn., died Wednesday, September 24, 2014, at her residence in Paris, Tenn.

She was a Former Register of Deeds in Henry Co. Tennessee and a former greeter at Wal-Mart for several years.   She also enjoyed playing cards very much.

Blyrna was born December 14, 1931 in Springville, TN.   She was the daughter of the late Wilbur Scarborough and the late Nellie Vera Allen Scarborough.

She is survived by her  One Sister,  Nell McBride of Paris, Tenn;  One Sister-in-law, Edith Bomar of Paris, TN;  Three Grandchildren, Justin Carter of Big Sandy, TN,  Johnathan Raymond Dunlap of Washington, Jamie Dunlap of Washington;  Three Nieces, Gail Crouch of Paris, TN,   Linda Cherry of Paris, TN,  Norma Knott of Paris, TN;  One Nephew, Carl Wright of Cumberland City, TN.

Besides her parents, Blyrna was also preceded in death by a Son, David Dunlap;  Sister, Frances Wright;  Brothers, Dave Scarborough and Lewis Scarborough;  Nephews, Mike Sweeney and Lane Wright.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St., Paris, Tenn., where the visitation will be from 2 – 4 pm Sunday, October  5, 2014.     The Funeral Service will be at LeDon Chapel of  Ridgeway Funeral Home at 4:00 PM Sunday, October  5, 2014.

William C. "Billy" Dunlap will officiate.   Cremation will follow the service.
