Billy Sliger

Billy was born June 20, 1934 in Clinton, TN to Ted and Fannie Mae Sullivan Sliger who preceded in death.
He will be cremated.
A Memorial Service will be Thursday at 1:00 p.m. June 20, 2013 at LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home. Visitation will be From 12 to 1 on Thursday.
He married October 20, 1951 to Elgenia Parker Sliger and she survives.
Mr. Sliger was a Church of Christ. He worked 20 years as a heavy equipment operator for TVA and served in the National Guard.
He is also survived by his son-in-law, Gary Doughten of Paris; Brother, Ted Sliger Jr. of Paris; Half brother, Jay Sullivan of Detroit, MI; 2 Grandchildren, Staci Brogdon (Chris) McGrady of Camden and Jeni Odom of Knoxville; and 4 Great Grandchildren, Hunter, Tyler, Weston and Kara Grace Brogdon.
Billy was also preceded in death by his daughter, Ginger Odom Doughten in 2010; and sister Carolyn Jean Sliger.
