Basil McFadden, age 81 died Tuesday, March 31, 2015, at his residence in Springville.
He was born April 3, 1933, in Springville to the late Noel and Lois Allen McFadden. He was a Former certified arc welder for American Standard for many years.
He is survived by a daughter: Darlene Martha McFadden of Aurora, Ky.; two sons: Danny Ray McFadden of Springville and Johnny Edward (Kathy) McFadden of Dearborn, Mich.; a brother: L.D. (Karol) McFadden of Paris; 11 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
McFadden was also preceded in death by his wife: Nancy Gaulding McFadden; two sons: James McFadden and Darrell Wayne McFadden; and a sister: Katherine Michaels.
A celebration of life has been scheduled at 3 p.m. Friday at Lenny Ray’s Repair Shop, at 7860 Highway 69A South, near Springville.
The body will be cremated.
Memorial contributions may be made the day of the service toward McFadden’s outstanding medical bills at Lenny Ray’s Repair Shop, 7860 Highway 69A South, Springville, TN 38256.
