Barbara Fay Lemonds

Barbara Fay Lemonds, age 77 of Paris, TN, died Friday, November 9, 2018, at Henry County Medical Center in Paris, TN.

She retired after many years in the manufacturing industry, working 17 years at Holly Carburetor and then at Midland Brake in Paris.  She was a member of the Paris Community of Christ.  Barbara loved seeing after her husband and children and taking care of all her friends and family.

Barbara was born May 23, 1941, in Palmersville, TN, to the late Lexie Carnell Coleman and the late Merrell Cooper Coleman.

She was married September 4, 1960, to Robert Gene Lemonds, who preceded her in death on November 30, 2016.

She is survived by two daughters, Teresa (Larry) Cloar of McKenzie, TN, and Tammy (Dave) Wilson of Murray, KY; one sister, Carolyn Carraway of Hazel, KY; one sister-in-law, Debbie Coleman of Friendship, TN; five grandchildren, Rachel (Logan) Burks, Jared Henderson, Hanna Henderson, Trevor Cloar, and Teyton Cloar; and three great grandchildren, Everlee Burks, Addie Henderson, and Kylee Mankey.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by one brother, Darrel Coleman; and one brother-in-law, Ralph Carraway.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN, where visitation will be Sunday, November 11, 2018, from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm with the funeral service beginning at 2:00 pm at LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home, with Gary Collier officiating.

Serving as pallbearers will be Jared Henderson, Trevor Cloar, Teyton Cloar, Brent McClard, Logan Burks, Kenny Nance.

Burial will be in Walker Cemetery in Paris, TN.
