Anthony "Tony" Triplett

Anthony Wayne “Tony” Triplett, age 60 of Paris, TN, died Tuesday, January 26, 2021, at Henry County Medical Center in Paris.

Tony’s greatest joy in life was his only son, Brian (April) Triplett of Russellville, KY.  He was a Christian who loved spending time with his family and in the great outdoors.  He spent his time hunting and fishing whenever the opportunity arose.

Tony was born June 17, 1960, in Paris, TN, to Betty Denton Triplett and Bobby Triplett, who both survive, of Paris.

Along with his son and parents, he is also survived by two brothers, Barry (Jeanette) Triplett of Puryear, TN, and Brad (Serina) Triplett of Williston, ND; two grandchildren, Noah Alexander Triplett, and Levi Oliver Triplett; several nieces and nephews; and great nieces and great nephews.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Chris Triplett.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St/PO Box 788, Paris, TN 38242.  Visitation will be Friday, January 29, 2021, from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm at Elkhorn Cemetery in Springville, TN, with a graveside service to begin at 1:00 pm.

At the family’s request masks must be worn and all social distancing guidelines must be observed during the service.

Serving as pallbearers will be Barry Triplett, Brad Triplett, Blake Triplett, Kelly Burke, Rusty Turner, Larry Snyder, and Mike Perry.

Burial will follow the graveside service in Elkhorn Cemetery.
