Alvis Brown

Alvis Franklin “Sonny” Brown, age 88, of Paris, Tenn., died Sunday, June 22, 2014, at Henry County Healthcare Center in Paris, Tenn.

He was a member of Life long farmer and Lived in Buchanan, TN most of his life.   He was a member of Mt. Sinai Baptist Church and a US Army veteran.

Sonny was the son of the late Perry Brown and the late Belogna Gibson  Brown.

He is survived by his  One Son,  Lynn (Ann) Brown of Paris, Tenn.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St., Paris, Tenn., where visitation will be from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, June 23, 2014 and after 12:00 PM  Tuesday, June 24, 2014.   The Funeral service will be at LeDon Chapel of  Ridgeway Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Tuesday, June 24, 2014.

John Smith will officiate.

Interment will be at Brown Family Cemetery in Buchanan, Tenn.
