Nola Webb Barrett

Nola Webb Barrett, age 81 of Paris, TN, died Thursday, October 20,2022, at her residence.

She was a homemaker and a member of Maplewood Baptist Church, where she was very active and taught Sunday school.  Nola was a member of the FCE Homemaker’s Club and enjoyed sewing, crocheting, and other crafts.  She volunteered her time with both Henry County Helping Hand and the Henry County Fair Association.

Nola was born May 5, 1941, in Puryear, TN, to the late Sam Webb and the late Drue Nell Robinson Webb.

She was married July 30, 1961, to her husband of 61 years, Jimmy Barrett, who survives, of Paris.

Along with her husband, she is also survived by her daughter, Denisa (Randy) Cate of Skullbone, TN; her son, Russell Barrett of Paris; and her brother, Jerry (Nancy) Webb of Puryear, TN.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street/PO Box 788, Paris, TN 38242.  Visitation will be Sunday, October 23, 2022, from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm at Ridgeway Funeral Home, with the funeral service beginning at 2:00 pm at Ridgeway Funeral Home with Ben Whitmire officiating.

Serving as pallbearers will be Jamie Webb, Terry Webb, David John Roberts, Bobby Barrett, Gary “Punkin” Barrett, and David Barrett.

Burial will be in Walker Cemetery in Paris, TN.
